Focus on Joy.
When things get tough. When the world gets you down.
When things are really great. And you want them to get even better.
Focus on the things that bring you joy. Chase them. Choose them. Intentionally.
They’re the little things:
- a walk through the woods with your dog
- a hot cup of tea in your favorite mug
- the choice to read a good book over watching tv
- choosing the cute sticky notes vs. the yellow ones
- taking a yoga class
- taking your lunch break outside
- cooking yourself a really good meal, because you’re worth it.
- or treating yourself to a fancy restaurant, because yeah, you’re worth it.
- colorful pens
- a soulful girl’s night
- really good hugs
They’re the little things, but they make a huge difference. They add up.
When you focus on and choose the things that bring you joy, the Universe sees your choice and gives you MORE.
So choose it. Then drink it up. Drink up the joy and let it warm your soul.
